Description: It is the other evolved form of Drachild. It evolves from Drachild if it has a personality other than those required to evolve to Firedracolecent at lv37. It is the complete opposite of Firedracolecent and is much smarter. It can tell if it cant win and will flee if it has to. It can pick out its opponenets weak spots. It often eats Icebergs or Rocks or other cold opjects

Looks:

It has grown much larger than its previous evolution and its body has become much smother. It has a much larger wing span and is always giving off smoke because it is so cold. It has large Fangs and claws.

Lives: It always stays near cold places like Icecaps

yeah at lv 22 if Drachild has a personality other than the ones i listed in Firedracolecent, it will evolve into Icedracolecent

Increase the level required for evolving to around 40 or 50. Also Edit your application and add the level requirement to evolve in Description.
