Origin: The origin came from many trainers having their pokemon hurt to the point of paralization.
the powder puts the pokemon into a sleep so it can rest inside its pokeball. This came from a random plant in the middle of pallat town and only the professer knows how to make them. He wont tell and he sells them at the pokemart in Viridian.
